Two (2) each, 8 by 3 inch Turners. Sani-Safe by Dexter Russell. Designed to be rugged for use in a professional kitchen. Can be used to "turn" any meat, eggs or even cake. Great for the griddle or grill. These are stamped "factory seconds" however all blemishes are cosmetic only. These turners have some SURFACE scratches that will not effect the functionality of these tools. The edges are sharp and crisp and the handles are tight. Each turner has a small "ding" for lack of a better word on the top right corner of the blades. I took close-up photos of them. See the last photo. They do not show up in the photos, so I guess they aren't too bad. I personally inspect the turners before buying them from the factory.
