No menu boards or photos are included The backlighting is not included It has aluminum mounting brackets Each panel has a grey frame around the menu panel face with black frames around the smaller sections & black background The cover guard does have some scratches on it but it is in otherwise nice condition. We will load for you at no additional charge from a commercial building with a loading dock and the driver does not need to come inside. We will provide your shipper with a bill of lading and any other paperwork you require to ship the unit. Please fax any additional paperwork to us after payment has been made.
