Hello, Up for Auction I have 9 (+ extra's when available) fresh Fertile American Serama Hatching eggs. These are the world's smallest chicken! We have a variety of colors and the hens are laying well this fall! We have several Red and Black Mottled, White,  Black, Chocolate, Barred, Partridge and a few Silkies & Frizzles who have just started laying. All our hens are A & B sized, and we have A & B Roosters and 1 C sized Rooster, with excellent type. Our eggs are gathered daily, in a 1 to 2 day period for shipping so they are fresh. The hens are laying approximately 8/9 eggs a day right now. We have great hatch rates here, but yours may vary due to your care of the eggs, your incubator, and the conditions they were exposed to during shipping. Please be sure you understand the hatching and care needs Serama chicks and how to care for the eggs while incubating, so that you have a successful hatch rate. They are sweet babies, very fragile and require a lot of care and heat when they are chicks. When you receive your eggs you should unwrap them carefully, lay them out on their sides and let them come to room temperature overnight before placing them in the already warm incubator the next day. (Please make sure the temperature is exact and follow the instructions that come with your incubator.) The eggs are not washed, and will sometimes be dirty, and may have a little feathers, dirt, bedding or fecal matter on them. Do not wash them before you incubate them or they will not hatch!  ***Please note, There are risks you take when purchasing and shipping eggs, and by bidding on them you are agreeing that you understand those risks.  Eggs are, by nature, very fragile and a lot can happen during transit once I mail them from the post office! I believe most Postal employees do a good job at handling things, but damage to packages can still happen. I know this first hand as I have purchased chicken eggs online as well. (Please keep in mind the weather conditions some parts of the country are having, and the impact they might have on your eggs if you purchase them, and they are left out at your house in the cold.) I do not replace eggs damaged in shipping (which is why I send a few extras). I prefer to ship eggs earlier in the week by Priority Mail, so you get the freshest eggs possible, and so they do not get stuck over the weekend at your post office or in the back of a cold truck somewhere in transit.  I spend a lot of time and care packing my eggs, in egg cartons, packing peanuts, plastic & bubble wrap, etc., then personally take them to the Post office and ship them by Priority Mail. You can see my feedback for the Serama and quail eggs we have shipped, and they have usually arrived safely. I also recycle clean packing items such as packing peanuts, boxes, bubble wrap, and if that would bother you, you should not bid on the eggs. Your feedback should be for the packaging of your eggs, not the handling at the post office, the weather or your hatch rate, as I have no control over that. Please do not bid on the eggs if you think the postage is too high, just to leave questionable feedback later.  Payment is due within 24 hours due to the time-sensitivity of eggs. Please understand, the eggs you bid on are your eggs and your delayed payment, delays your egg delivery. If you would like them held at your post office for pick-up, please note that when you are checking out & send me a message with your phone # so I can mark them accordingly.  I will gladly leave positive feedback once I know you have received your items, and hope you will do the same for me. I do my very best to describe all the items I list correctly, and only sell quality items I would buy myself.  We are a smoke-free, but not pet-free home.  Please contact me if you have any problems or concerns before leaving Negative Feedback, and I will do my best to make it right.   Thank you for looking at my auction, and happy shopping!
