Featuring a quick and easy manual clamp, this machine is designed with a hardened screw and bronze nut for long wear. The AB-100 manual injector features digital temperature control, adjustable ram speed control, an easy view material hopper, a maintenance-free cylinder, and a quick-acting clamp for easy operation. With a maximum mold size of 2 1/2"x3"x2", the AB-100 can inject up to 1/4 oz of plastic into inexpensive metal molds. Equipped with features such as cycle time per operator, a ram diameter of 9/16 (14.28mm), and a hopper capacity of 7.85oz (220grams), this machine is sure to meet your plastic injection needs.
