The Abiomed Impella 2.5 Left Ventricular Assist Device is a circulatory support system that includes the B. Braun Vista Basic infusion pump. It is manufactured in the USA and Germany, with a date of manufacture of 10/2009. The equipment is pre-owned and includes the Abiomed Impella mobile console, power supply with interconnect cable, and MPC cart. It also features the world's smallest heart pump, delivering 2.5 L/min of forward flow and directly unloading the ventricle. The catheter is 9 Fr, and the micro-axial pump is 12 Fr.
