The Accent Optical Sipher Operations Manual comes with a warranty coverage policy. However, items listed as "Parts or Not Working" are not covered by the warranty. All other items have a 30-day warranty that covers damage during shipment, non-functional items upon arrival, and incorrectly listed items. In such cases, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund of all costs, including return shipping, and replacement options for items available in stock. Shipping for most items within the USA, up to a weight of 70 lbs, which doesn't exceed the girth limit of 79 inches, is quoted using USPS Priority Mail rates, with FedEx Ground being Accent Optical's preferred shipper for heavier items. The company reserves the right to choose the most advantageous shipping method and will give a refund should there be a significant reduction in the shipping cost. Accent Optical also combines shipments to save buyers on shipping costs. Items purchased incorrectly by the Buyer may also be returned, but the Seller will only process a refund for the item less the original shipment cost. This is applicable only when the item is returned in an undamaged, unused, and un-opened sealed bag condition. It's important to note that some items, either new or refurbished, have a greater value when still sealed with the manufacturer's or refurbisher's original certification. If the sealed package is opened, the refund will be discounted to reflect the loss of cleanroom integrity. The Buyer covers all return shipping costs. To maintain a positive relationship with buyers, Accent Optical takes pride in responding to any purchase issues within 24 hours of inquiry. The company boasts a strong professional mechanical and process engineering capability, thus providing quick answers to technical questions. For international shipments, items within 70 lbs and costing less than $2,800.00, that don't exceed the girth limit of 79 inches, are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International rates. For those exceeding the limit, the eBay UPS calculator quotes the rates for UPS Worldwide Expedited. However, Accent Optical will not ship internationally using UPS but instead uses FedEx International Economy or DHL due to better rates and services. The company charges a maximum of the quoted rates, and refunds are made should there be a significant reduction in the shipping cost. Like domestic shipping, Accent Items exceeding 70 lbs require pickup at a FedEx service center for domestic residential addresses. Large items above 150 lbs require shipment via Motor Freight.
