Title to the equipment will be free and clear of any liens, claims, or encumbrances upon delivery or payment. The buyer has the right to inspect the equipment for its general appearance and operating condition. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller against any liabilities, claims, demands, or expenses related to the equipment. The Acuson 2.0 MHz Probe (L2) is available for sale, but please note that we have not tested this probe. The probe head has two small chips, which are shown in the pictures included in the sale. Any missing parts or repairs needed will be the responsibility of the purchaser or new owner. We are not liable for injuries due to improper use of the equipment. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but the buyer must contact the seller prior to returning the item to obtain an RMA number. The buyer is responsible for returning shipping with insurance and in the original condition. The buyer should make their own agreements with the manufacturer for the use of any required software. We accept various forms of payment, but all monies must be cleared before shipping. We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx Ground, or Freight-Line. Shipping prices cover the cost to list, package, and ship the item. If the buyer chooses not to insure their package, they do so at their own risk.
