DESCRIPTION Adec 1040 Dental Chair with Radius Delivery Unit The unit is used. It was recently taken out of a working environment. The unit has a delivery system and a 6300 light. Upholstery is in good condition. The unit does not come with a foot switch for both chair maneuvering and delivery system. The plastic cover has a small has a small crack that caused by a forklift mishap ( see picture 8). What you see in the pictures is what you get.
