This powers up and goes through the height and tilt motions without issue. I do not have any air to test the hand piece package. This comes with only what is shown in the pictures. There are some signs of wear such as scratches and some residue. Please read the shipping specifics below before bidding on this item. Shipping Info: The buyer will need to make the freight arrangements for this item. I will coordinate the shipping after the financial arrangements have been made. I am including Freightquotes number which is 1-800-323-5441. If you give them the weight and dimensions before bidding you can get a good idea of what the shipping will cost. This will be shrink wrapped and strapped firmly to the pallet. The weight is approximate. I will update the true weight and pallet size as soon as it becomes available. The pallet weighs 380 LBS.
