The body panels are all loose, missing their hardware. Notes: We found that the digital temperature display does NOT turn on. The pump was hurd to run and develop about 30PSI indicated with the valves closed. The ON light comes on when power is applied. Pressing the start button made the pump turn and the PUMP and HEAT lights come on. The STOP button stopped the pump and turned off those two lights. The heater elements all measured about 14 ohms each. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
