 Here's an Agilent J2127a transmission test set.  As you can see in the pictures, it powers up fine.  It responds to the keyboard and goes through the menus.  Various status LEDs also come on.  We're surplus peddlers and not telecom engineers, and we don't know how to test this further.  If there's anything we can do with basic test equipment, feel free to ask and we'll do our best. This is in good condition cosmetically.  Someone engraved a marking on the case, but it's otherwise clean.  We don't know if this originally came with a front cover or any accessories, but we don't have them. As this is a relatively expensive item, we will accept returns for 14 days _ONLY_ in the case that the unit is found to not be functional.  If it works but you changed your mind or whatever, sorry, but no returns.  In the case a return is necessary, buyer pays return shipping.  We expect any returns to arrive in the same condition in which we sent them. All reasonable offers will be considered;  all unreasonable offers won't be. Unless stated, accessories (such as power cords, cables, etc) aren't included. While we do our best to accurately represent every item, we lack the expertise to fully test most of this stuff.  Accordingly, we don't make any guarantees beyond what's stated in the listing.  As we're building up our reputation your positive feedback is important to us.  If there are any problems, let us know and we'll do our best to sort things out.
