The Agilent / Keysight 11896A is a sought-after polarization controller with a wide wavelength range of 1250 - 1640 nm. It features polarization scrambling and has small optical insertion loss variation of В± 0.002 dB. It can be controlled manually, through auto scan or GB-IB control. This unit comes with a Manual Set (CD), Power Cord, and FC-PC Adapter. The buyer is responsible for all applicable sales tax, shipping (including returns), and handling costs, and shipment is by UPS or FedEx. Domestic handling is a flat fee of $15.00 US plus actual shipping, while international handling is a flat fee of $20.00 US plus actual shipping. Spectra Test Equipment also accepts a bank transfer, PayPal, certified checks or personal checks (allow 10 days after receipt for personal checks to clear).
