ProLam Max Laminator The Akiles ProLam Max Professional 6 roller laminator has a commercial grade design that offers easy lamination and high-quality finished products. It is a highly customizable machine that can handle a wide variety of laminating projects. Its high pressure 6 roller system includes 4 extra large heated rollers and 2 extra large cold rollers; together, they both allows for perfectly sealed pouches. The throat has a 13” capacity, allowing for a wide variety of pouch sizes.This machine will eradicate all air bubbles without warping the image or paper. Having 6 rollers ensures more pressure, which will increase the speed and heat. There is a front air vent and extra large cooling fans in the back, which keep the machine from over-heating. Unique to this Akiles ProLam Max, there is an easy jam release that will open up the whole machine for easy cleaning, de-jamming, etc. To read about the different inputs, there is a backlit LCD control panel with large keypad buttons. It even tells you the heat of the individual rollers. The warm up time takes just five minutes, and it’s ready to go. And the safety relay cuts the power if for some reason the machine overheats, so it has ideal safety precautions for an office. Spring tension can be changed by the setting screws on the rollers.
