Albrecht Keyless Drill Chuck With Parlec Holder Bt30 Taper Fanuc Robodrill

 Here is an Albrecht keyless drill chuck mounted on a Parlec BT 30 taper holder.  The holder is in good shape with some light staining but the taper is nice and smooth.  The chuck is a 1/32 to 1/2 capacity Albrecht made in Germany.  All the knurling is excellent and the jaws look to be in great shape.  No signs that it was ever crashed.  Now for the problem bit.  The chuck is stuck wide open.  I don't know how it came to be stuck like this.  It doesn't look rusty inside so I don't believe it to be stuck from using bad coolant.  I see no signs that it was forced by any hand tools.  I know these can be pressed apart and repaired but am unsure what if anything on the inside could need replacing.  I've attempted to move the chuck by hand only.  If you know how to repair these this could be a fantastic opportunity to get a very expensive precision chuck at a steep discount!  Sold as is where is with no guarantee.
