You are bidding on an All Traffic Solutions instALERT rapid messenger portable variable message sign. This sign was being used by a local government agency and is in working condition as shown. It is currently programmed with the messages such as Slow Down, Save Lives, etc.... I am not sure how you program this sign, but I did find an available serial port connection on the rear under a panel, so I am assuming that it is done through this. I have also been told you can call Support at ATS and they should be able to help. This auction includes the sign, padded case, and the ATS Power Case 12VDC/120VAC portable power supply with built-in charger. The sign once opened fully measures approximately 5 feet wide. When closed up in half for travel and storage, it measures about 30 1/2 ” x 29” x 4” and easily fits in a trunk.
