Made of high quality high speed steel at strict M35 standards with 5% cobalt. This makes the bit last longer than typical M2 and M7 High speed steel bits as it maintains improved hardness at higher temperatures and cutting speeds. This means you don't have to sharpen the bits as often as you do with M2 and M7 bits. M2 is good for cutting soft, mild metals; however M35 is better for both mild and harder metals. And it leaves a good finish! These bits will last longer than M2 and M7 HSS, so you get more bang for your buck! The ends of the bits are already beveled to make tool machining easier.
