Alto Shaam 750 - TH /III ovens.  Purchased new in mid 2012 and used less than 18 months.  From the looks of the ovens I am not sure they were even being used while the restaurant was in operation.  They were in the back of the kitchen and the pictures you see are exactly the way I found the ovens.  They have not been cleaned or even wiped down.  The only marks I can see on the ovens are fingerprints from moving them around for the pictures.  This is the nicest set of used ovens I have ever had an opportunity to sell and I doubt you can find a cleaner "used" set in the country.   This listing is for a pair of ovens, stacked one on top of the other.  They sell individually and retail for over $9,000 apiece.  The internet wholesale dealers are selling them for $6200 each which is far less than the owner paid for these.  We are listing them here for a steal and if you are in the market for a set of nearly new ovens at used price then this is your chance.  We have them in out showroom for $8000, the owner wants them gone and I am listing them here on eBay for $7200 with free shipping to the lower 48 states.  I will separate the ovens if you only want one, but the discount price is on the pair. The Halo Heat® in this Slo Cook & Hold Oven is so named because it hovers in place, providing even cooking to the foods in the unit.  Because the air doesn't circulate, tastes don't blend into other foods while they're being held.  This electric, single compartment, stainless steel model with a 100lb capacity has a three shelves and holds 10 full size pans. There's a drip pan with a drain and an outside drip tray for removal of juices in the oven. Oven hoods, outside venting and fire extinguishers aren't needed in most areas because emissions of grease-laden air are less than established UL standards.  There's a probe for cooking meats to a safe internal temperature while not over-cooking them.  Timed cooking, the mainstay of busy restaurant kitchens, is also an option.  Because of the low temperature, slow cooking, there's less shrinkage and meats are more likely to retain their moisture.  The oven is built with EcoSmart technology which causes it to use less electricity.  Heat in the cabinet is maintained by the SureTemp heat recovery system which restores the temperature swiftly if it drops, and sounds an alarm if the door has been opened for three minutes or more.  The eight programmable menu buttons allow you to store your favorite recipes and simplify preparing them in your restaurant.  There's an ON/OFF key and a digital display for keeping track of your cooking.  Three temperature keys control the ranges for timed cooking,probed cooking and holding.  Those ranges are 200-325F for timed cooking, 50 to 195F for probed cooking and 60 to 205F for heating.  The timer has set points from 1 minute to 24 hours.  The controller also has a built-in lock out feature.  The oven is perched on four caster, two of the rigid and two swivel with locking brakes.
