This demo unit has hardly been used and was previously demo'd by the factory. It is currently available at our warehouse in Fond Du Lac, WI. Upgrade your refrigeration system with the ALTO SHAAM QC-20 chiller and enjoy the benefits of reliable and efficient cooling for your products. This quickchiller is designed with an interior side rack that can accommodate (10) full-size sheet pans (18" x 26" x 1") or five full-size 12"x 20" x 2-1/2" pans for chilling purposes. Built with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-404a refrigerant and a powerful compressor that develops 8580 BTUH, this chiller is designed to rapidly and uniformly cool hot food through the "chilling danger zone" of 140 degrees F to 40 degrees F in two hours or less, without the product freezing. The unit also includes one internal product temperature probe and a control box door lock as standard features. The ALTO SHAAM QC-20 chiller is a top-of-the-line unit that boasts heavy duty stainless steel construction material and high-density polyurethane foam insulation. Equipped with fully insulated stainless steel dutch doors, this chiller ensures an air-tight seal with the help of a magnetic gasket and a self-adjusting, rotary latch. To prevent condensation, an enclosed mullion heater is located left of the door.
