Delivery will be completed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 5PM. Please note that lift-gate is not included unless otherwise noted. Once the equipment and supplies are ordered or manufactured for a project, they cannot be returned or canceled. Please inspect all shipments carefully before signing for them to avoid damages and other issues. Any damage that occurs after delivery by other trades or parties is the responsibility of the buyer. Deli Design Inc., the seller, cannot be held responsible for damages occurring after initial signature of delivery of the equipment package. American Specialties Soap Dispensers 0347 are available as excess inventory, new, and never used. They are being sold as is, with no warranties. The item description may vary from the spec sheet, and they may ship out of their original crating. Some items may be discontinued models. Finally, for your protection, please do not accept damaged products. Inspect all shipments carefully before signing and accepting products from any freight company. If products are accepted with damage, freight companies will not pay for the repairs or replacement. Concealed freight damage should be reported to the shipping company immediately. Please keep all crating materials for possible return. Any returned items must be in new condition. Damages or shortages must be identified at the time of delivery, and please record the information on the bill of lading before the delivery person leaves.
