 Retractable Nozzle Vacuum Sealer, 25" w/ Gas Purge made by AmeriVacS .   I bought this on a pallet of open box items that were advertised as being brand new.  When i opened the box, everything was still sealed, and it had all hoses, parts, etc...  I did hook it up and made sure that it powered on.   The bar would not stay down so i could do a test seal unless i applied pressure.  When i did that, I was able to get a test seal, and everything appeared to work correctly. I spoke with tech support from Amerivacs (who responded reliably), and they said they were positive that my compressor was not big enough to operate this sealer correctly. They recommended 110PSI with quarter inch supply lines, which i have neither.  These sell for $2500-$3000 so get a great deal.  Starting bid is cheap.  Being sold AS IS, since i have no way of testing further.  If you would like more information please ask.  Local pickup is FREE, shipping calculated based on your location. Foot pedal activated gas-flush vacuum packaging at its finest. The AVN's 1/4" (10mm optional) wide sealing element delivers a leak proof seal for electronic devices that require moisture barrier bags. With one touch of the pedal, the AVN flushes out oxygen and moisture with nitrogen, the automated stainless steel nozzle retracts, and your sensitive components are sealed in seconds. Clean Room compatible, the AVN is also ideal for dry packaging applications on trays, tape and reel, tubes and a variety of SMD shipping containers. Combine the AVN's precise automation with speed, extensive safety features and incredible durability, and faulty seals resulting from operator or machine error are virtually eliminated. Providing additional functionality and convenience, the AVN's gas-flush feature can be switched off for impulse heat sealing only. The AVN is hand assembled at our facility using only superior grade components.
