AMP Crimper operates properly.  Do not know if the crimp jaws are adjusted per spec, but the mechanism works, ratchets closed, holds and releases easily with just a bit more of a squeeze.  Jaw dies are replaceable, or can be switched out to other sizes as needed.  Crimper is preferred for the electrical assembly professional.
