Hi, you are bidding on a Amray 305 Schottky Field Emission Source. Accelerating voltage 100volts to 30kv, probe current 1pA to 15nA range. The source is a Schottky hair pin tungsten with a reservoir of zirconium oxide. The field emission gun was operational when removed from the scanning electron microscope SEM, the source will need to be replaced since it is depleted of zirconium oxide. Re-install a new Schottky source and it will be fully functional. The gun is under vacuum and has not been vented. This was removed from a working Amray Field emission SEM, all Amray Field emission sem’s use the same 305 electron gun , it will bolt directly to any column. You are buying as-is with no expressed warranty, my feedback speaks for itself, good luck bidding!
