This Anets GPC-18 Pasta Pro is an excellent choice for any spaghetti house. In addition to the 18" pasta cooker, you have a separate rinse station with water tap. The GPC-18 puts out between 75,000-150,000 BTUs. There's also a cool little switch that allows you to control those BTUs for a rapid boil or a gentle simmer. Please research Anets Pasta cookers.
