This Dough Sheeter has a cross-graining feature that creates a perfect, flaky crust every time, an all-welded steel construction that means the rollers won’t ever lose their precise alignment, allowing for consistent, uniform dough thickness, and calibrators that let you precisely adjust and lock in the roller setting you want, so you get consistent dough thickness.
