Greetings! Thank you for joining us in order to preview an exceptionally scarce and distinctive, antiquarian telecommunications keepsake for any variety of collector and early Edison Era electrical artist and engineer's arsenal. Offered here is an original (circa 1900-1920) wooden spool of CONSOLIDATED WIRE & Associated Companies copper wire strand. The wire is of super narrow, hair-thin gauge, being a complete spool (1  3/4" diameter x 1  3/4" width) with the original paper labeling. The copper wire is supple with some brittle ends from generations in storage. For fine soldering and precision detailing; the antiquarian wire has withstood the test of time remarkably well. The original labeling has come undone and could easily be amended with a dab of glue; upon your skill and discretion. The gold gilded paper labeling shows a spot of foxing/fading; while demonstrating paper edge chipping and general age indications. An uncommon electrical accessory for any collector and artisan's arsenal of the authentic. Please utilize the magnificent "magnify/zoom" option per photograph, in order to gain the assurance of an accurate visual description. A solid Edison Era electricity item for any variety of historian. Be sure to stake a claim now or simply follow the copper wire on your "WATCH LIST". Thank you for the kind bidness.
