A very old and unique Steam Boiler Injector. Made by the "LEADER" Co.  with an 1890 patent. This device was used to take steam from a boiler in a closed loop and , using a characteristic physical property of steam, force ("inject") water back into the boiler like a feed water pump but without the added complexity of an actual powered pump. This injector is old and used to say the least. I never operated it but it could probably be reconditioned to operate, I would say. The  unit is brass. The injector is about 11" X 6" X 4"  general dimensions. Has male union type fittings that are appx. 1-3/8" thread OD and a 1/2" NPT pipe opening. The brass operating lever opens and closes a "gate" type valve. The actual steam nozzle is visible inside one of the pipe openings. Please look over the photos. Shipping is by USPO Priority. No returns on these please. Shipping is to USA only.
