Offered is what I believe to be a tool to tighten chain link fence when it is being installed. The tool appears to be fairly heavy duty but compact. With the hooks and levers on it, it looks like it could be used to tighten other material also. On one side of the handle is "The Canton Manufacturing Co." and on the other side is "Lion". I have tried to give an honest description of the tool along with the pictures, but please email me with any questions or if you know exactly what it is or is used for. Thanks for looking!
