It was in use up until the time the facility shut down. Clean water was run through it and it is in very good condition. The manufacture date on the information tag says 06/03/05. It has 3 treatment chambers and it is expandable. It comes with 2 extra Chamber caps (see last 4 pictures) with the wiring and lamp sockets which look to be new to me.
