For your Consideration is an Arbiter model 1096A Dual Type IV Power Meter s/n A039 and a Hewlett Packard model 8478B 200Ohm thermistor mount s/n 2106A 23673. Cosmetically the power meter and the thermistor mount are in decent shape with normal scratches, sticker residue, etc. The power meter has been tested to power on only. I do not have the expertise or necessary equipment to test it any further. Therefore I am selling the meter as guaranteed to power on only. The auction includes the power meter, thermistor mount, connecting cable, a spare connector that I assume may go with the thermistor mount but am not sure, and a booklet describing how the power meter is used to make a power measurement from a 1GHz 1mW source. The booklet contains hook-up diagrams, theory of operation, and uncertainty calculations. The booklet also contains in its appendix a complete listing of a computer program that was used to make the test. The program appears to my limited knowledge to be written in the basic language.
