The CT20-to-10 adapter readily converts a typical Texas Instruments(TM) JTAG 20-pin header (for ARM processors) to a more common and easier to handle 10-pin (100 mil spacing) header. The 20-pin header part number is: Samtec FTR-110-51-S-D-06 The 10-pin header-socket on the bottom of this adapter will mate with almost any standard 100-mil (0.1” x 0.1”) ARM-JTAG header (male pins) on your target board. Construction · 0.062” thick FR4 PCB. · PCB dimensions: 0.5” x 0.67”. · Quiet, 4-layer design (2 inner layers are GND) While there's nothing wrong with the Samtec 20-pin JTAG connector... in production environments my experience has been that a standard 0.100" 2x5 header is simply more rugged and preferred.
