8*8" Sublimation Ceramic Tile For Flat Heat Press Heat press, also known as heat sublimation, is a special craft which imprint a pattern such as portrait or scenery on a substrate with the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time. While heat presses are often used to apply designs to fabrics, they can also be used to imprint designs on mugs, plates, ceramic tiles, jigsaw puzzles and other products. We are here offering a ceramic tiles package for flat heat press. This kind of ceramic tile is made of first grade white plaque, which is well-coated with special coating for heat press. Print your pattern on sublimation paper with sublimation ink, heat press, then the pattern will be presented on ceramic tile. You can use it to decorate bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, install a support and save it as high level porcelain figure or give your friends as a gift. Size: 202x202x5.5mm(8"x8"x0.2") N.W.: 0.55k(1.47Lbs)/Piece Number: 6PCS Ceramic tile heat press instruction Place your pattern and ceramic tile. Make sure the pattern is placed below the ceramic tile, face up. Tip: Print mirror image. The print size of your pattern should be slightly larger than the size of the ceramic tile so that the pattern after heat press is full in size. Switch on. Set temperature of heat press machine at 180C (356F) and time in 2-4 minutes. The temperature & time are not absolute, you should adjust them according to the actual conditions. The mode and rate should all be “0”. After getting all settings right, press “RUN” to start. TIP: Keep handle open when the machine is heating up. Press down the heat platen after the machine reach preset temperature. The meter begin to count down. Pull up the handle lightly( to prevent from image cutback caused by image transplacement) when you hear the alarm. Please wear heat protective gloves and take out the ceramic tile immediately.
