You are buying an ARTHREX AR-6475 Continuous Wave 3 Arthroscopy Roller Pump.  This is a used item that we acquired from a local facility that is in LIKE NEW CONDITION.  Pump was brand new in March 2016. Sale is for the Pump and matching Mobile Stand, as seen in the pictures. **The size and/or weight of this item requires LOCAL PICK UP.   We have a local shipping agent in Baltimore, MD who can assist with packing/palletizing/shipping logistics. Buyer would correspond directly with shipping agent and would pay them directly for ANY and ALL services rendered.  OR....we can remove the pump console from the stand and ship alone. Price will be determined once purchase is made.
