This is a very nice Atlas 618.  However there are minor issues that I tried to capture in the photos.  #1 The pulley and gear assembly in the headstock has some small dents in it which have no impact on the operation as they are on the periphery and have no contact with the belt..  Picture 4 shows the pulley.   #2 Tailstock handle P/N M1-47 is broken.  #3 The split nut assembly is likely stripped (P/N M6-12A) as the lever is backwards and it will not lock up and therefore not traverse.  Parts are all over eBay and are easy to install on all of these items. And, they are not expensive. The lathe ways are beautiful and the scrape marks are still visible as seen in the picture 6. Included is a like new Craftsman 4 jaw chuck, face and lathe dog, motor a PSC, and lantern tool post and ALL of the change gears.  A nice paint job and this lathe will be a star in your shop. I have not personally run this lathe but it feels very tight and smooth. This is local pick up only as it is just too much to pack and ship.  However if you are able to arrange shipping in the Joliet IL area I would be happy to take it to your carrier within 20 miles of my home.
