It could use a new power cable.  The motor does work when powered up.  Mechanical adjustments work.  I have no clue how to use this so that is all the testing I have done. I got this with a atlas 618 lathe I purchased.  Please look at the pics and decide for yourself on condition and apllication.  The base has M6-511 stamped on it.  This may work on other lathes.  I am not sure.  All I know it was attached to the Atlas 618 I bought.
