We are selling a regional overstock item: Fast Acting Lime in 30 lb. bags. This is a high quality, premium product (using the highest purity of mined calcium carbonate). There are 7,814 bags (on 124 pallets), which retails for just over $117,000. We are looking to move this product quickly as is at a highly discounted price of $88k (or best offer) for the whole lot. Product details include: Each bag covers 5,000 sq. ft. (4x traditional lime products) Applies easy with any lawn spreader Contains AST ™ (Advanced Soil Technology): a patented technology that enhances seed establishment and improves water management, as well as soil structure Fast-ActingTM means it works quickly, and offers long-lasting results Corrects acidic soil and raises soil pH, unlocking nutrients for plant uptake, and creating a soil environment in which weeds are less likely to grow.
