USING AUTO DEBIT IN A CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE Welcome. I am Dr. William Carbary, MBA, D.C. I have used auto debit in my office for about four years. The process is simple and easy to use. Here is an outline of what I offer. ADVANTAGES A. It makes a “payment plan” workable B. You move to the top of the payment list C. You are not so much of an obvious monthly “irritant” D. You keep more patients / clients E. You stabilize your monthly income F. You make more money G. It’s take less time and work H. No monthly bill sending, no collection process, no hassles with patients who get mad just because they owe you money. II. DISADVANTAGES A. There is a monthly fee (but it decreases as a percentage over time) B. Occasionally there is a charge kick-back (in my experience about one in a hundred) III PROCESS A. Sign up with an on line system (I’ll tell you how—takes about twenty minutes). B. Have patient / client fill out forms (you don’t think they will agree to this type of arrangement??—YES most will, I’ll tell why and how to go about it. C. Put patient’s info on line—takes about three minutes D. You start getting money into your account—automatically PLUS: Tips on language and procedures to use to set up a “Wellness” plan using autodebit. PLUS: Opportunity to call me and talk to me personally for $39.00 for fifteen minutes. Now, I give you all the information you need up front and you probably won’t need to talk to me personally but if you feel the need or desire…. Why I charge so little for sharing this information (compared to what some others are charging): • I’m not offering this as a “seminar”, and adding a lot of fluff • I’m not going to suggest or insinuate this is complicated or difficult and that you need a lot of expert help thereby suggesting it is necessary and worth charging you a lot of money. • It’s easy and low effort to e-mail this info and make it available to many at a low cost. • It has made a big positive change in my business and I believe it can be very helpful to others as well.
