This is a used Pelton Crane OCM autoclave that has been cleaned, calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively (15 cycles at least). If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Has been fully cleaned inside and out Has been fully calibrated to temperature and pressure specifications Unit Had been upgraded to solid state controller New O Rings and Seals New Bellows New Fill Filter "Ready To Be Put To Work" This Pelton and Crane OCM autoclave is ideal for the active medical clinic, industrial lab, dental practice, veterinary facility, or tattoo shop. The stainless steel chamber is great for sterilizing liquids, media, instruments, glassware, soil or waste products. The unit will work well for smaller facilities or a backup autoclave for larger installations. The quick cycle time can generate fast turnaround for large volume requirements that you would find in a nail salon, tattoo establishment or manufacturing process. OCM MANUAL 1. Place unit on a leveled surface. This will allow the chamber to fill with the right amount of water. 2. Fill reservoir 2 inches from top with distilled water. 3. Plug sterilizer into grounded outlet. 4. Put instruments on tray and into chamber. 5. While door open, turn bottom switch to 'fill' position, and leave at that position for about 50 seconds, until water reaches the front rim of the chamber. Please be sure timer is set on zero. *Note: Unit will not fill if timer is not on the off position*. 6. Close door. 7. Make sure the middle knob is turned all the way clockwise. This will ensure 270f. By turning the middle knob counterclockwise...you will be reducing the temperature. 8. Turn timer to 15 minutes + appropriate time (look at table below). *Note: Timer will buzz for 20 seconds when turned on.* 9. Turn the bottom switch to 'sterilize' position. 10. Both red & orange light will come on. 11. At end of cycle, the timer and both orange & red lights will be turned off and the pressure will be vented automatically. 12. When pressure gauge shows 'zero', you may open the door. 13. If you want the instruments to be dryer than they are...leave the door slightly open, and turn the bottom switch to vent position and set the timer to 10-15 minutes. * Important notice - Please do not attempt to adjust the front legs. They have been intentionally set this way*.
