This is one Lot (Qty. 100) of New Avago/Agilent/HP Low Resistance PIN Switching/Limiter Diode, Part Number: HSMS-3820 in SOT-23 Package.  HSMP-382X series PIN can be used to build RF High Power Switch, and Frequency Multiplier, see attached Agilent Application Note. Wither you want to build multiply by 5 with 100MHz input and 500MHz output, or multiply by 3 with 600MHz input and 1.8GHz output, even multiply by 3 with 1.8GHz input and 5.4GHz output.
