To complete the repair process, each item undergoes a 24-hour burn-in cycle, a thorough test of all of its functions and a rigorous inspection. All products are packed in the new, custom-made boxes to give them a professional appearance and to prevent damage during shipping. Each item is serialized to ensure that our one year warranty is properly documented. To expedite repairs, we offer our “Advanced Repair” option in which we will send a product even before we receive the defective one.    Quality Assurance:   Teletech sells both new and quality remanufactured products. All other-than-new items have to complete our remanufacturing, reconditioning and final testing processes before shipping.
