Because of these issues we are selling these items as-is & as-shown with a no returns warranty. (please see the "return policy" section below for warranty details.) We are hoping some one knowledgeable will be able to fix the unit or use it for its remaining use-able parts to fix another machine of the same model. Additional Product Information: This phone system and both business phones were received during a recent office clean out. Payment Information PayPal is the only form of payment we accept. All items must be paid for within 7 days of purchase/winning bid. Any item that has not been paid for past the 7 day mark will automatically have an unpaid item reminder filed with eBay. Shipping Information We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. Please be aware we are unable to ship via UPS to a P.O. Box.
