ADDITIONAL SERVICES As well as selling equipment and installation materials we have an electrical bench technician on staff to repair anything that is not working correctly. SHIPPING Products that you purchase from Midwest Phone Recycling will be shipped from Indiana either UPS, FEDEX, FEDEX SMART POST, or USPS unless otherwise previously discussed. All items shipped from our warehouse are individually wrapped and secured in a sturdy box. We take special care in packing to make sure products arrive to you in the same condition they left us in. We don’t want items getting damaged on the way to you. Return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer in all cases. If the product you ordered becomes defective in the first 365 days from the purchase date we will replace the item. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping. If you make a purchase from us and decided within the first 14 days you have ordered the wrong item or you simply don’t need it any longer you can return it for credit with a 20% restocking fee. Products returned must have all warranty stickers intact and not be tampered with. Any evidence of tampering with the product or warranty sticker will void the warranty.
