For sale is a used BakeMax BMFRS02 21" Reversible dough sheeter. This unit was manufactured in July 2015, so is only just over a year old from the shop! Great opportunity to save some money, and still get something so new. Feel free to ask any questions. BMFRS02 Voltage 208 Phase 1 Hz 60 Amps 3.88 HP 1 Dimensions (W x D x H) 36" x 83" x 44" Conveyor Size 20.5" x 79" Weight 390 lbs The BakeMax BMFRS02 is a floor model reversible sheeter with a conveyor dimension of 20.5" x 79". This sheeter is ideal for sheeting and stretching puff pastry, Danish bread, strudel, marzipan, doughnut, croissant, pie, cookie, and pizza dough. When you are done using the BakeMax BMFRS02, you are able to fold it up, greatly reducing the amount of space you will need. It is a simple, intuitive machine, which will help you stretch and sheet dough consistently and fast. Standard Features - The head housing is made of heavy duty aluminum. - There is safety guard on both sides of the rollers for your protection. - With a simple push of a button, you can reverse the direction of the conveyor. - Versatility: puff pastry, Danish bread, doughnut dough, croissant dough, pie dough, cookie dough, strudel, marzipan, and pizza dough.
