You are buying a Baltimore Aircoil basin heater for cooling tower Used operating condition   This heater was pulled from a used cooling tower that I purchased for an office building.  The tower was previously used for six years at an auto parts manufacturing plant, where it was rigged with all the bells and whistles to ensure proper water treatment and year-round operation.  The tower was in near new condition;  this heater shows some corrosion, but is in good operating condition.  We have no need for the heater, as our tower is shut down and drained for the winter months. Baltimore Aircoil part number 310508 3KW 480V, 3 phase Replacement heaters of this type cost about $360.  Grab this one at a great price to have on hand as an emergency spare!  I also have a thermostat/controller if you have need.
