SC100 spin coater for substrates from pieces to 8" round or 6" square wafers. Maximum spin speed is 10,000 rpm for SC100.  Unloaded acceleration speed is up to 50,000 rpm/s adjustable with 1 rpm spin accuracy.  Maximum  spin time is 3,000 seconds/step  at 0.1 second resolution.  Comes with cleanroom Vacuum Pump, 200mm (8") wafer centering tool, chuck for 1/2" - 4" optics, chuck for 4" - 8" optics. Comes with instruction booklet. Broad Chemical Compatibility High density Polyethylene (HDPE) spin bowl offers great chemical compatibility and is easier to clean. Teflon coated spin bowl liner is also available for ultimate chemical resistance and durability. Superior User Experience A 7 inch Colorful Graphic Display makes it comfortable to read and monitor real-time spin status. And touch-screen interface is convenient for your multi-step program editing. Customizable Multi-step Spin Program Up to 100 user definable spin programs, up to 100 spin steps for each program, and up to 5 spin parameters for each spin step can be saved on board. User definable programs can be saved in both letters and numbers.  Easy Access to Dynamic/Static Dispense Our spin bowl cover gives you access to dynamic dispense. It can be converted to complete cover with optional cover seals for static dispense in sealed chamber. You can also add syringe holder for more precise dispensing.  Standard High Performance Drive Smart Coater systems use powerful 200-300 watts servo motor systems that are used in tracks and CNC machines. These systems are designed for ultimate reliability and years of trouble-free maintenance. STANDARD FEATURE for our spin coaters!
