Used in excellent condition. 2 small holes in outer liner from hospital bed... it is very very minor just in the outer matereal not all the way through the very thick case for the air bafels. See photo so you can see how minor but like to make mention. All works great and can honestlybtell you vety very comfortable and a life saver to prevent bed sores..... this is the bandex legacy pro model you get mattress and compressor as photoed can be used on hospital bed twin bed craft bed....email any questions as you can see on ebay these sell new well over 1k this is a great deal at the opening price for used has normal wear clean well cared for.
