I am a small commercial beekeeper in Southern Maryland that also manufactures commercial grade beekeeping equipment for my own operation and to help make ends meet.  I strive to make the best beekeeping woodenware available at a reasonable price.    This auction is for mouse guards that are made to fit the bottom boards that I make.  Pictures show the mouse guard in place on the hive.  The hive and bottom board are not included.  They are machined from 5/4 pine and are a full inch thick.  Lapping top of guard is sloped to shed rain and snow.  They are predrilled so that you can attach them to the bottom board with a couple of Sheetrock screws.  I recommend one coat of a good exterior primmer and two coats of exterior house paint. We offer quantity discounts.  If you would like to purchase 5 or more of this item make us an offer of $3 each and we will accept it. We ship UPS.  Please check your shipment when it arrives for damage.  Each package is insured by UPS against damage in transit.  Damage claim must be made directly with UPS.
