The Berkel PM20 20 Quart Mixer has a cast base construction, with an easy-to-clean silver metallic epoxy powder coat enamel finish. It comes with a 6-foot flexible, 3-wire cord and plug for a grounded receptacle. This item is 115/60/1, 6 amp, NSF, AC, and ETL listed, ensuring its quality and safety. This mixer has a powerful 3/4 HP motor that is thermally protected, totally enclosed, and permanently lubricated. The gears are entirely sealed in lubricant, ensuring dependable and quiet operation. It also features three pre-selected, fixed speeds and a manual lever-operated bowl that is interlocked and self-locking in the top position. A Bowl Guard with interlock prevents the mixer from running when the guard is opened. In case of a power interruption, the no-volt release prevents the mixer from activating, and the reliable and moisture-resistant stop and start switches add further convenience. The Berkel PM20 20 Quart Mixer is a top-performing model that delivers excellent results. It includes a Wire Whisk and a 20 Quart Bowl, with some minor cosmetic paint chipping.
