Call: 734 -323-8790 Description Heavy Duty rigid square section steel frame. Adjustable universal bed bar mounting brackets for up to 40″ capacity Coolant System – The flood coolant is contained in a weir type settlement tank. Fluid is supplied to work area through a flexible pipe and flow adjusting tap with a multi-positional nozzle. Grinding Wheel Head – The unique ‘Vertical Cutting’ 5″ cup grinding stone is mounted on a cast aluminum carriage and runs on fine needle roller bearings Bedknife Mounting Bed – The square solid mounting bar with its simple sliding universal brackets for attaching bedknives, rotates through 130 degrees to enable front and top faces to be ground to any desired angle with only one set up! Automatic Traverse – This frees the operator to perform other tasks during the grinding process Electrical – All motors are 220 volt – single phase-60Hz brushless, induction type, of the highest quality. The 550 watt grinding head motor is overload protected. Separate fused switch units are provided for both the coolant pump and traverse motors. Unit is completely functional and ready to be used.
