Its universal pan slides are adjustable on 3" increments for flexibility, and it can hold up to 8 full size sheet pans at a time. The PICA70-32-A proofing cabinet's full height allows for maximum internal room without taking up too much floor space in your kitchen. Its settings are adjustable with user friendly bottom-mounted solid state controls, and a digital thermometer clearly and accurately displays internal temperature. This proofing cabinet quickly heats the inside from 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit so a wide variety of baked goods can proof at just the right temperature. A clear lexan door allows easy interior viewing, and a water pan is included to better supply interior humidity to help keep food moist and tender. The non-insulated design is perfect for smaller, short-term operations. For convenient mobility, this uninsulated holding / proofing cabinet comes with 5" swivel plate casters (two with locks) to prevent unsightly floor marks and scratches. It requires a 120V electrical connection and comes with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. This proofing cabinet is UL and NSF Listed, and CE Certified.
