This is a Bevles proofer and warmer. Model HC70ES32 Serial 20804HC. 120v 16amps. It is fully insulated, 4 rolling casters, separate controls for temperature and humidity. Gaskets are in good shape. It can hold up to 32 full size sheet pans 18 x 26. We have a new humidity heating element installed. The unit has been tested for over 4 hours and works as it should. The dimensions are 30w x 32 1/4d x 72h. The bumper base 31 1/2 x 33 1/2. There are a few scratches around and water stains on the aluminum that we couldn't remove. Would be a great addition to your kitchen. #182 It will be shipped on a pallet laying down. Pallet will be 36x72x36. Shipping weight is 210 lbs. It will be your responsiblity to set up shipping.
